Rock Concert... Dennys.... Zone Conference

This week was actually awesome! Heres the breakdown....

-Made some Chicken Nuggets

-Comp had a CRAZY nosebleed. Scary amount of blood came out of him!

-had exchanges with Elder deJong and had the craziest day. Nothing went to plan.
▪︎ We had some members wanted us to feed us but couldn't do dinner so they took us out for lunch. Turns out the member works for Call of Duty.
▪︎ went to some more members who wanted to feed us but were heading out of town so they sponsored our dinner to Dennys (shoutout the McClouds)
▪︎ Also some teenaged members (1 of them less active) played some guitar for us for a solid 15 minutes and it will now be my alarm in the morning ๐Ÿ‘Œ, also shared some experiences with them and hope that inspires them to thing about serving.
▪︎ Still found 3 people somehow.

-Zone Conference
▪︎ Talked about a baptismal invitation with an emphasis on going to the temple with we roleplayed.
▪︎ Got called up for an object lesson and had to eat some cake and President related it to how we show baptism.

-tried to explain a blessing to one of our friends but they weren't really understanding it. They kept thinking it was a prayer. We ended up just praying with them.

-Found a big guy with some cool tattoos. He played football and Lacrosse and was pretty intimidating. Turned out to be the nicest guy. He worked as a personal trainer for the royal family of Saudi Arabia. He also had a cute dog named Gus.

-Talked to this guy over the Phone who was studying for the BAR Exam. He was SUPER interested but just didn't have time but we made him promise he'd reach out to missionaries in 3 months. He asked if he could leave some sort of review to our higher ups for us and we told him to tell God how we're doing ๐ŸŽค⬇️

-Talked to one of our friends who said he came go church last week.... ๐Ÿคจ

-Had a walk day and invited everyone to church.

-Church
▪︎ gave talks and I said spoke a lot of what my farewell talk said.
▪︎Led our Gospel Principles class and there was like 20 people there! More than we've ever had.

-offered the sacrament to one of our Elderly Members. He was funny and admitted he had an accident.... he's pretty old and it's hard for him to talk but he always has a smile on his face.

-Visited a member this week who believes they're an active member but except participating in church things... don't know how that works.

-Then had dinner with a family they had 3 pretty crazy kids. They were definitely a lot of fun!

Here's some pictures
